RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Legally Sweet, we pride ourselves in our baked goods. If you are unsattisfied with your baked goods, we require you to submit a photo of the issue within 24 HOURS of recieving your order so we are able to review the problem. We will provide a complete refund of your order for IN-STORE credit ONLY to be used at a future date.
**We must recieve the baked goods back, in order for a full refund to be recieved via IN STORE CREDIT.**
NO CASH REFUNDS NOR CARD REFUNDS.
SHIPPING INFO
As we are a small business, I myself deliver your baked goods straight to your door! We offer free delivery to anyone in our local area (please check where we are located on our homepage!)
Due to COVID-19 we are unable to deliver your order if you are out of our 5km radius. if you are out of our LGA and still want it to be delivered, head to Cake Hero AU and fill out their form on their page, they are a dessert delivery service and will pick up your order from us and deliver it straight to your door step with a small fee of:
12km from pickup location (Mortdale) - $11.99
OVER 12km from pickup location (Mortdale) - $19.99
Please select 'Pick Up' when placing your order, and notfiy us using the description that Cake Hero will be picking it up and we will email you our address in order for you to send it to Cake Hero!
